Terms of Service – NeuroSystems

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any NeuroSystems WordPress plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service («Terms»). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our plugins.

2. License Grant

2.1 Free Plugins

Our free plugins (including «NeuroSystems Libro de Reclamaciones Peru») are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You may:

  • Use the plugin on unlimited websites
  • Modify the plugin code
  • Distribute modified versions (under GPLv2+)

2.2 PRO Plugins

PRO plugin licenses are granted as follows:

  • Single Site License: Use on one (1) production website
  • Multi-Site License: Use on up to five (5) production websites
  • Developer License: Use on unlimited client websites

Licenses are:

  • Non-transferable (except with written permission)
  • Valid for one (1) year from purchase date
  • Include updates and support for the license period

3. Permitted Use

You may use our plugins to:

  • Implement a Virtual Complaints Book on your WordPress website
  • Manage customer complaints in compliance with Peruvian law
  • Customize the plugin for your specific needs

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute PRO plugins as standalone products
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution
  • Use the plugin for illegal activities
  • Reverse engineer license validation mechanisms
  • Share license keys with unauthorized parties

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payments

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is required before license activation
  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal

5.2 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for PRO licenses if:

  • The plugin has a critical bug we cannot fix
  • The plugin does not work as described

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind after 30 days
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins
  • Customization requests
  • Lack of technical knowledge

6. Support and Updates

6.1 Free Plugins

  • Community support through WordPress.org forums
  • Updates provided as available
  • No guaranteed response time

6.2 PRO Plugins

  • Priority email support (admin@neurosystems.net.pe)
  • Response within 48 business hours
  • Updates for the duration of your license
  • Support for installation and configuration issues

Support does NOT include:

  • Custom development
  • Third-party plugin conflicts
  • Server configuration issues
  • Training on WordPress basics

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED «AS IS» WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Important: While our «Libro de Reclamaciones» plugin is designed to help comply with Peruvian Law N° 29571, we do NOT guarantee legal compliance for your specific business. Consult with a lawyer to ensure your implementation meets all legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUROSYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the plugin

9. Intellectual Property

  • NeuroSystems retains all rights to plugin code, design, and branding
  • «NeuroSystems» and our logos are trademarks of NeuroSystems
  • User-generated content (complaints data) remains your property

10. Data and Privacy

  • We collect minimal data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for complying with data protection laws for data collected through the plugin
  • We do NOT access complaint data stored in your database

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Use the plugin for illegal purposes
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You must stop using the PRO plugin
  • No refund will be provided for violations

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our plugins after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuroSystems.
